Meaghan is an incredible coach. I went into my session with Meaghan feeling kind of distant from myself. I expressed to her that I’m seeking to find safety in the uncertainty because I am uprooting my life for the first time in a BIG way this fall, and although I have done of a lot of inner work on my fears, I definitely had some lingering fears.
Meaghan guided me through a body scan (a very unique one, at that), and I found a block in my heart that came with a vision of an ex-ex boyfriend- one that I hadn’t thought of in a while.
To keep this short, I identified this inner dialogue of “you’re never going to make it” and she led me through some practices to release this feeling from my body and refill the space with light and truth. I was able to step fully into myself in the session and feel SO much better. The coolest thing was- this memory wasn’t even in my conscious brain. It was completely subconscious and the space Meaghan held so grounded and so lovingly allowed for this memory/wound to float to the surface to be released and healed.

Thank you for holding such a safe container for me to go through and work through myself. I really like how we start off the session just building rapport and I really felt comfortable sharing. When we’ve decided to work with the inner child, it was great that I get to close my eyes and connect back. It felt comfortable for me to be able to follow your guidance without having to feel shy to make a sound, move or anything. Your guidances were clear and easy to follow, I love how you also made an exhale voice to give me a permission to do the same as it allows me to go even deeper. Your words really made me think back and dig down to my inner child: to find her, comfort her, love her and be there for her. I love how at the end of every part, you ask me to think of how I can come back to this feeling and practical steps I can take to really implement it in my day-to-day life. It’s like taking the session we have and the progress we’ve made to ’the real world’.
